In those cases where documents cannot be served we provide all necessary affidavits of attempted service to provide the courts with sufficient evidence for additional orders to effect service by other means.

Field Calls

Clients have found our field call service invaluable in gathering information on the location of people and/or assets. We can also provide a snap shot of a subject's current financial position.

Card Collections

Excellent negotiation skills are needed to recover credit cards and make suitable arrangements for repayment of arrears. We possess these skills.

All cards we recover are destroyed in the holder's presence.

If the cardholder claims to have lost or already handed in the cards, we require them to sign a declaration acknowledging their responsibility and the possible consequences of making a false declaration.

Court Examinations

We regularly attend examinations in all courts in our normal service area as outlined on our map.

Clients can be assured these assignments are treated seriously by SWA. We meet debtors face-to-face to obtain information needed by our clients to effect a satisfactory recovery action.

If the debtor does not provide the required documentation described in the Examination Summons, the debtor will not be examined and the hearing will be adjourned (unless otherwise directed by our clients). All debtors are offered the option of a settlement to pay out the debt.

Should a reasonable repayment plan be offered, debtors are asked to make their first instalment at the time of the examination.

Court Filing

We regularly file documents on behalf our clients in all courts in our normal service area as outlined on our map.

We can also arrange to file documents throughout Australia via our extensive network of agents. Save yourself valuable time. Simply instruct us to file and serve.
